If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will be happy to assist you with full store credit for unused merchandise returned within 7 business days of delivery of merchandise.
Eyegasmic accepts returns only that are in original packaging, un-worn and un-altered items with original tags attached, received a Return Authorization number, and that are received with the Return Authorization form enclosed. To receive your Return Authorization number, please email us at email@example.com, with your order number and product(s) that you would like to return. The return authorization number is only valid for 7 days. If we receive your return beyond the 7 days it will not be accepted. Eyegasmic reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange or any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
All returns must be pre-paid and insured. We recommend that you ship your returned merchandise via insured parcel post, for tracking purposes. In the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled, Eyegasmic cannot take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.
Once we receive your returned merchandise, you will receive an e-mail notification. Your return request will be processed within 7 business days following receipt of the package. If your return request is approved, store credit will be issued. The value of the merchandise plus any applicable tax will be issued in store credit.
